Registration Page.
This year the 2012 AFTE Host Committee
has chosen to employ a totally electronic registration process.
The following forms of payment will be accepted:

Purchase Order
For those individuals needing to pay by
check or purchase order, continue to the online registration form.
Once it is filled out, you will receive an invoice via email. Mail
your check or PO (made out to AFTE Host
Committee Account II) to:

Important - Read This
All registrations will be in a pending status until
payment is received! Once your payment is received, you will
receive a confirmation email.
In order to receive the Early Registration price,
payments must be postmarked by April 15, 2012.
Payments made by PO or Check must be received by June
10, 2012 or your registration will be cancelled.
Make sure to keep track of the password you chose for
registration. You will need it if you have to make any changes.
A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or
before June 15, 2012. After that date, refunds will be provided if
sufficient funding is available.
Workshop Cancellation
A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or
before June 15, 2012 or if the workshop position is filled and paid by
another participant. After that date, refunds will be provided if sufficient
funding is available.
Any and all refunds will be made by check. There
will be no exceptions. Refunds will be issued following the conclusion of
the 2012 Seminar.
