AFTE Store - The Effect of Rifle Cartridges Fired within a Block of Wood

This paper describes an examination of .30-06 Springfield (Winchester Silvertip) ammunition fired within a small block of wood and freely suspended. The effect of the expelled bullets will be shown in high-speed photographs.
