Audio and video elements can be utilized along with physical evidence to make significant determinations in the reconstruction of a shooting incident. Physical, audio, and visual evidence can be synchronized using computer based analysis. As a result of these methods, an inaccurate understanding of the events in an officer involved shooting was corrected and displayed in a comprehensible form.
