There is a difference between the traditional Glock Polygonal rifling and the New Glock Marking Barrel rifling. Examiners will be find Glock Markings Barrels more conducive to making identifications than traditional polygonal Glock barrels. Land and Groove engraved areas of bullets discharged through Glock marking Barrel are more readily identifiable than polygonal engraved bullets.
