AFTE Store - A case of Phoenix Rising from the Ashes

A partial pistol barrel and impressions inside a holster were key pieces of evidence linking a suspect to a shooting death in Kern County. Casting, x-ray photography coupled with digital imaging techniques in addition to online computer searching were used in the investigation of this case.
