AFTE Store - A Comparison of Manufacturing Marks on Smith & Wesson Firing Pins

A study was done to evaluate the nature of mahining marks of firing pins. Three (3) consecutively manufactured firing pins were obtained from the Smith and Wesson factory. The firing pins were then compared to one another, the results of the comparison are discussed in the article.
