AFTE Store - A Preliminary Report on the Application of Fiber Optic Videomicroscopy to Firearm and Tool Mark Examination

Limited testing was performed to ascertain possible applications of fiber optics videomicroscopy (FOVM) in the Firearms/Tool Mark area. Preliminary results with a Moritex “Scopeman” indicates it does have potential applications in several areas.
