AFTE Store - An Unusual Source of Gunshot Residue Particles

Spherical lead particles, similar in size to lead particles produced in firing a firearm, were found to be produced by bullet impact with a vehicle. The ammunition tested was Chinese 7.62x39mm. Areas of the vehicle struck were doors and windshield.
