While serving in Iraq, the author has had the opportunity to see a wide variety of ammunition with Arabic writing/symbols. Reference material regarding translating or attributing these cartridges is scarce and the information that exists is sketchy. The purpose of this article is to provide an additional source and fill in some gaps in the deciphering process.
