AFTE Store - ATF National Firearm Examiner Academy

The mission of the Academy is to provide training for apprentice/entry level firearm and toolmark examiners from Federal, State, and local law enforcement. The curriculm is comprised of four phases of instruction. The Academy is a full year course, and the applicant must be assigned to a full time position and come from a laboratory part of a law enforcement agency.
