Banning certain types of firearms will not prevent criminals from acquiring these weapons, but seems to make them more determined and inventive in their desire for them. This case study aims at showing one particularly successful attempt to convert the popular Brocock ME38 Magnum, 5 shot airweapon, into a .25 inch calibre centrefire revolver. The resulting conversion is also worthy of note due to the removal of the manufacturer’s rifling characteristics.
