AFTE Store - Comparison of Threaded Portions of Two Ruger 22/45 Barrels

Two firearms of the same make and model were submitted for analysis as separate cases. The two firearms had barrels that were threaded in a similar manner. Comparison of the toolmarks within the threaded areas yielded an identification that linked the two otherwise unrelated cases.
