AFTE Store - Conversion of a H&R Starter Pistol into a Functional Firearm

An abnormal-looking firearm was received by the Prince George’s County Firearms Examination Unit for functionality testing. The firearm was determined to be a Harrington & Richardson brand starter pistol that had parts removed, altered, and added, converting it into a functional .22 Short caliber revolver. Through remote test firing it was determined to be potentially dangerous to fire due to the alterations.
