Steps to test a Glock pistol equipped and locked with an Internal Locking System (ILS) are discussed. One process involves removal of the slide assembly from a locked Glock frame for placement onto an unlocked, similar-sized frame to obtain test fires. Where a similar-sized frame is not available, a method to drill out the ILS is discussed. Finally, the requirements to order a key to unlock are outlined.
