AFTE Store - Ejection Assist Groove Marks Produced by Currently Manufactured Glock Pistols

A routine examination of fired cartridge cases and unfired cartridges revealed a reproducible toolmark that is produced by some currently manufactured models of Glock pistols that has not been previously documented. Through the analysis of these items and the subsequent testing, the toolmark in question was determined to have been produced by a machined groove in the corner of the breechface above the ejector cut-out.
