AFTE Store - Ejection Port Marks Produced on Unfired Cartridges by Glock Pistols

Reproducible ejection port marks by Glock pistols were observed on unfired cartridges. The marks are located at the edge of the cartridge case mouth and/or bullet. The ejection port marks are created by the cartridge striking the lower left inner edge of the ejection port during ejection. The toolmarks observed were wedge-shaped and could be used to identify a questioned cartridge as having been ejected from a suspect Glock pistol.
