AFTE Store - Firing pin or Ejector?

While performing casework, the author encountered a .22 caliber rifle that used the firing pin as the ejector. This design coupled with alignment changes made identification based on the firing pin impression impossible. The author recommends looking to the firin pin anvil impression for possible identification.
