AFTE Store - Full Auto Intratec Caused by Faulty Assembly

The recent submission of a 9mm Intratec Tec 9 pistol for routine IBIS/DRUGFIRE test firing revealed that it was capable of full-automatic fire. Internal examination found no modifications and/or alterations, but simply the wrongful or intentional miss-placement of the firing pin within the striker assembly.
