AFTE Store - Has Colt Gone Back to Making Shotguns??

An officer’s personal Colt Trooper Mark III was submitted to be test fired for inclusion into the Laboratory’s database of Officer’s personal weapons. Upon examination, the barrel of the revolver was a smoothbore and lacked rifling. The diameter was determined to be 0.346 inches and tests fired using lead, lubaloy and jacketed bullets were able to be positively identified.
