AFTE Store - Hi-Point’s Fluted Chamber?

A Hi-Point pistol submitted to the laboratory possessed what appeared to be a fluted chamber. Based on personal correspondence with Tom Deeb, owner of Hi-Point Firearms, it was determined that the chamber had a manufacturing defect known as chamber reamer chatter.
