AFTE Store - Identifiable Marks on a Rifled Slug through a 410-bore Derringer

A Baford Arms, Model Thunder, 410 bore Derringer was submitted to the Indiana State Police Laboratory in a Homicide Investigation. The case involved a firearm that was recovered in Nevada after the suspect fled Indiana. A rifled slug was recovered from the victim’s body in Indiana. A comparison of the rifled slug to the questioned firearm was conducted.
