With all the proposed changes in firearm laws that are being introduced around the country, and the different approaches that are being attempted to do whatever the proppnents hope the new laws might do, a survey of just one of the areas of legal descriptions or terminology was found to be quite interesting. This was the individual state descriptions of what constitutes a “machine gun” under state laws.
