AFTE Store - Nine Lives

An altercation and subsequent shooting between 2 brothers left one dead and one charged with homicide. Evidence obtained at the scene included a 41 caliber revolver, a 38 caliber revolver, 38 caliber projectiles and a tie with a smudge worn by the surviving brother. It was determined that the 41 caliber revolver could chamber a 38 caliber round and testing showed that the round would not penetrate cardboard if the bullet hit sideways. The smudge on the tie was probably caused in such a manner, indicating self defense and a dismissal of charges.
