AFTE Store - Nitrite Detection Kit

A case study which evolved into an assessment of the Sirchie Nitrite Detection Kit. Samples from a crime scene were received in the laboratory. They had been recovered using the above kit. These were treated as directed in the kit with poor results. Tests were produced under controlled conditions and the kit was used for processing. Again, poor results wer produced. A reproduction of the instructions and contents of the kit are included.
