An examination of a Phoenix Arms, Model Raven Pistol disclose an anomaly present. When the pistol was charged (chambering a cartridge), safety lever engaged and pressure applied to the trigger, testing the safety, any further attempt to disengage the safey would allow the pistol to fire without touching the trigger.
