The Proficiency Test Review Ad-Hoc Committee (PTRC) was established by the Association of Firearm and Tool Mark Examiners (AFTE) Board of Directors on February 22, 2024. The mission of the committee is “to research and investigate firearm & tool mark proficiency test results with current focus on the CTS Test 23-5262.” The committee has gathered all available information regarding CTS Test 23-5262 and is presenting it in this report.
