AFTE Store - Second Serial Number On Taurus Model 80 Revolvers

Examination of a Taurus model 80 revolver revealed a sufficiently ground serial number. Further examination revealed a six digit number stamped on the bottom of the rebound block. Taurus indicated they are not aware of any number on the bottom of the rebound block. Examination of thirteen reference firearms revealed the serial number and the rebound block number coincided on each firearm.
