Tampered Bolt Face, Extractor and Ejector on an AK-47 Rifle

While comparing test fired cartridge cases and fired cases from a crime scene, unusual marks were observed on test fired cases. It was determined unusual marks on the test fired cartridge cases were due to tampering of the bolt face, extractor and ejector of the firearm; an obvious attempt by the criminal to avoid firearm identification.
