AFTE Store - The Cellini Stabilizer

This article reviews a patented stabilizing devide developed by Mr. Cellini. Tests were conducted to determine if the addition of this device affected the invididual characteristics on fired bullets. It was determined that there was an addition of some accidental characteristics but no changes that would prevent an identification. It was also noted that the velocity increased slightly and the recoil decreased.
