AFTE Store - THE RAT TRAP AS A FIREARM

The following report discusses the assembly, the function and the threat of a modified rat trap firing a cartridge 7.62×39 M43. It is figred out, that it is possible to fire a bullet with such a modified rat trap and to accelerate the bullet to a velocity of 75 15 m/s. The appearing rapid course of events were observed wih a high-speed camera.
